FACTORY Tasting Room and Shop Open every day except Wednesday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On Sundays, also open in the morning from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Tastings at other times can be arranged upon request. During the Christmas holidays, we will be closed on December 25, 26, 27, and 31, as well as January 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8.
